Product Care Instructions
CLEANING: Rub lightly with soft damp cloth dipped in light solution
STORAGE: Keep it well aired out or in a cloth bag. DO NOT enclose in plastic bags for a long period of time
MOISTURE CONTROL: During monsoon if fungus develops, rub it off with a soft cloth dipped in mild solution of dettol
CONDITIONING & POLISHING: If it becomes dry and lifeless apply small amount of leather cream to lubricate and replenish the original sheen of leather.

2‑Year Craftsmanship Warranty
Every Kinger product is automatically covered for two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in stitching, leather, and hardware under normal use conditions.
We will repair or replace any defective item at no additional cost.
Exclusions:
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or neglect
• Normal patina, softening, or colour changes in leather
• Deliberate modifications or repairs by third parties
Lifetime Leather Service
Beyond the two‑year warranty period, we offer lifetime service for all authentic Kinger products. Services include edge‑paint touch‑ups, hardware replacement, restitching, and leather cleaning or conditioning. Customers pay only for parts, labour, and shipping—no hidden fees.
How to Claim
1. Email us at customercare@kingerdesign.com with:
• A clear photo of the issue
• Order ID or purchase receipt
• Brief description of how the defect occurred
2. Our Client Services team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
3. Ship the product to the address we provide; we’ll handle the rest.
