Storage
Store your Kinger product in a well-ventilated space or a breathable cloth bag. Avoid plastic bags, as they trap moisture and may damage the leather over time.

Conditioning & Polishing
If the leather begins to feel dry, apply a minimal amount of leather cream to nourish the surface and restore its natural sheen.
Regular conditioning helps maintain softness and longevity.

2-Year Craftsmanship Warranty
Every Kinger product is automatically covered by a two (2) year craftsmanship warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects related to:
Stitching
Leather
Hardware

Under normal usage conditions, we will repair or replace any defective item at no additional cost.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect
Natural patina, softening, or colour variations that occur with age
Alterations or repairs performed by third parties
These changes are considered part of the leather’s natural character and evolution.

Your Order ID or purchase receipt
A brief description of the concern
