  • Tracking: A tracking link will be shared via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • Shipping Partner: We work with leading logistics providers for reliable, secure delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We craft every piece to meet the highest standards of quality and finish. However, if you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

  • Return Request Window: Within 7 days of delivery

  • Eligible Products: Only unused, original-condition products in their full packaging

  • Return Method: Contact us at customercare@kingerdesign.com with your order ID and reason

  • Refund Timeline: 6–8 business days after the product is received and quality-checked

  • Exchange: If you'd like to exchange a product for a different item or color, we’re happy to assist based on availability.
