All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices for our products are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before shipment. We use Razorpay and other secure third-party gateways.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within India. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on location. Tracking details are provided post-dispatch.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logos, product photography, copywriting) is the intellectual property of Kinger Design and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kinger Design will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
